Oscar’s Metalcraft is a one-person business and all products are made to order. Lead times vary depending on current workload, material availability, and product complexity. Current estimated lead times will be provided when an order form is submitted.
Release of Liability Agreement
Oscar’s Metalcraft makes custom show bumpers and accessories that are intended to alter the appearance of classic/vintage trucks and 4x4’s. The bumpers and accessories are hand fabricated on a made-to-order basis, they are not engineered and have no ratings of any kind. The bumpers are not designed or warranted for impact protection, collision safety, towing, or vehicle recovery, they are for show.
By purchasing any of these bumpers and/or accessories, you agree that Oscar’s Metalcraft is not liable or responsible for any damage, injury, death, property, or monetary loss that may occur during the delivery, handling, assembly, installation, and/or use of them. You agree to release Oscar’s Metalcraft from all and any related claims.
The purchaser acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the handling, assembly, installation, and use of the bumpers and accessories, including but not limited to welding, grinding, lifting heavy components, improper installation, and use on public roads or off-road. The bumpers are heavy. The bumpers and accessories may have sharp edges. Safety precautions are recommended.
The rear bumper with a swing-out spare tire carrier contains multiple pinch points, which may cause injury if hands, fingers, or other body parts are caught between moving components. Safety precautions are recommended and the purchaser agrees to inform others of these hazards.
Bumpers and Accessories made by Oscar’s Metalcraft may not meet Provincial/State, Transport Canada/DOT Standards. It is recommended that you check local and Provincial/State laws before purchasing any of these items for your vehicle.
It is common knowledge that not all International Harvester Scouts are exactly the same, the bumpers and accessories are made using my own Scout for reference, your Scout may be different. Minor adjustments or modifications may be required for proper fitment. Due to vehicle differences and shipping costs, the bumpers and accessories are sold as-is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind and are not returnable.
Bumpers and/or accessories are sold in unfinished/bare metal.
Shipping Policy
Oscar’s Metalcraft products are sold and shipped only within Canada and the United States. Orders placed from other countries or requesting delivery outside of Canada or the United States will not be accepted.
Orders ship once fabrication is complete. Shipping costs are quoted at the time a "Start Your Order" form or "Custom Request" form is submitted, these quotes are subject to change. All shipping costs, including applicable duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or any other associated charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are not included in any product prices.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information at the time of order. Oscar’s Metalcraft is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided at checkout that is incorrect or incomplete, or for any resulting delays, lost shipments, delivery failures, or additional charges.
Changes to the shipping address after an order has been shipped may incur additional fees. Oscar’s Metalcraft is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost shipments resulting from address changes.
Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of Oscar’s Metalcraft. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, Oscar’s Metalcraft is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery failures that occur during transit.
If a shipment arrives damaged, the purchaser must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Oscar’s Metalcraft will provide reasonable assistance if required.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or delivery issues beyond the control of Oscar’s Metalcraft, the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
Some orders may require a signature or an adult recipient at delivery. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the shipment.
Orders shipped with tracking and confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled by Oscar’s Metalcraft. Any delivery issues after confirmation must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
All products sold by Oscar’s Metalcraft, including bumpers and accessories, are made-to-order and sold as-is, where-is. Due to variations in vehicle models, fitment differences, and shipping costs, all items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Minor adjustments or modifications may be required for proper fitment on your vehicle.
Oscar’s Metalcraft makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding fitment or performance of any product. By purchasing, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that all sales are final.
